Strata Property EV Chargers, Installed Without the Runaround
If your body corporate hasn’t dealt with an EV charger request before, that’s common, and it’s manageable.
Every strata property gets the same standard of work. A proper assessment, correct documentation, a tested installation, and certification you can rely on.
You’ll always know the cost of your strata EV charger installation before we start. The price is fixed and written down, with a 2-year workmanship warranty covering the finished job.
We install strata EV chargers in properties across Campbelltown and the surrounding area. See the full list here.
How We Install Your Charger
An installation that skips body corporate approval or gets the metering wrong is costly to fix and sometimes impossible to keep in place. The process matters more here than on any other type of install.
We tell you honestly what your body corporate is likely to ask for, based on approvals we’ve already been through.

0491 498 194Building and Car Space Review
Your car space, the shared switchboard, and the cabling routes all get checked before we scope anything.
You’re not left waiting for a second visit to find out something else needs doing.
Design and Documentation
Give us the go-ahead, and we prepare the exact design and documentation your body corporate needs to assess it.
This is what makes installation day a formality rather than a decision point.
Testing and Compliance Sign-Off
Once we’re on-site, the charger goes in, the sub-metering gets fitted, and we test it before certifying the work.
You get a charger that’s genuinely ready to use, tested and signed off to the approved scope.
Ongoing Support
The workmanship warranty kicks in the moment we finish, and stays in place well beyond that.
You’re covered, not just on installation day, but for the life of the workmanship warranty.

We weren’t sure who owned the electrical infrastructure in the car park, us or the strata.
Edward managed the application and the cabling, and it’s been reliable every day since.

Had them get a charger approved and installed in an apartment recently and it was a genuinely easy experience.
Albert was efficient and friendly, and we’ve got charging in our own car space without any strata headaches already.

We didn’t know if we needed a new supply run all the way from the switchroom to our car space.
Michael worked with the strata manager to get the application through committee on the first attempt.
Charging every night in our own space now, and the whole building process feels much less daunting in hindsight.

We’d heard horror stories about strata EV charger applications taking forever to get approved.
Keith explained exactly what common property work was involved and kept disruption to other owners to a minimum.
Approval came through quicker than we expected and the installation itself was seamless.

We wanted to make sure we weren’t overpaying before committing to getting a charger approved and installed in an apartment.
James was the most upfront about pricing and timeline, so we went with them.
Definitely made the right call comparing first, we’re getting charging in our own car space without any strata headaches.
